HVSA Now Offers Hands-On, Live Fire Extinguisher Training
- We train your employees on the proper use of fire extinguishers in a safe, effective and environmentally friendly manner.
- Our instructors teach your employees:
- How to evaluate the fire.
- How select the correct fire extinguisher for class A, B and C fires.
- The correct way to aim and use the fire extinguisher.
- Your employees are taught to extinguish not only workplace fires, but also more common household fires like inside a microwave or on a stovetop.
- We use trainer fire extinguishers that are filled with water to simulate the extinguishing agent. Since they are filled with water, trainer fire extinguishers can be used in virtually any outside location and require very minimal clean-up.
