NYS DOL Code Rule 59 & 60
New York State Code Rule 59 Audits
Reach out to Hudson Valley Safety Associates, LLC, right away if you have received a letter from the NYCIRB mandating you to complete Code 59 Audits. We also complete Code 60 Audits. These audits are time-sensitive, and failure to adhere to the timeline will result in workers' comp insurance premium increases.
Hire us to perform the entire audit, complete the audit report, and submit it to you for review. We will also assist you in any development or implementation of recommendations as a result of the audit.

You must chose your consultant by: May 3, 2023
Then, you have to report your consultant to the DOL (HVSA will do this on your behalf if you tell us to) by: May 13, 2023.
Then, you will need to schedule and have your audit completed by: June 17, 2023.
