New York State Code Rule 59 Audits

These audits are time-sensitive, and failure to adhere to the timeline will result in workers’ comp insurance premium increases.

30 Days to Arrange: November 5, 2026

10 Days to Notify DOL & Carrier: November 15, 2026

Within 75 Days Report & Consultation: December 20, 2026

Within 30 Days Report to DOL & Carrier: January 19, 2027

Within 6 Months to Complete Recommendations: June 18, 2027

Within 60 Days Re-Inspection By Carrier: August 17, 2027

Within 45 Days Inspection Report to DOL: October 1, 2027

Within 30 Days Appeal to DOL: October 31, 2027
